Caregiving can be deeply meaningful – and deeply isolating. This program offers informal caregivers a much-needed space for reflection, emotional release, and connection. In a 20-minute conversation, a Listener Poet invites you to share whatever is on your heart. We then create a custom poem based on your story, as a gift and reminder that your voice matters.

This welcoming, one-hour gathering is facilitated by Listener Poets from The Good Listening Project. It’s open to all caregivers and designed to offer a compassionate space to connect, reflect, and find creative expression through poetry.

Caregiver Haven is designed for informal caregivers – those who care for loved ones without formal training or support systems. Through listening, poetry, and community connection, this initiative offers emotional support and creative reflection in a safe, judgment-free space.
