We create curated poetry collections – alongside origin stories – through partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and events. These anthologies are designed to strengthen cultures of listening, reduce emotional burden, and foster reflection among nurses, doctors, social workers, and other healers.

Each collection captures the emotional and ethical landscape of caregiving and healing – from grief and burnout to resilience, joy, and transformation.

Every poem begins with a conversation. In one-on-one sessions, Listener Poets meet with healthcare professionals and community members, inviting deep reflection and presence. From these intimate exchanges, a poem is created: a carefully crafted response that honors the speaker’s experience and voice.

With participant permission, these poems are gathered into powerful anthologies – humanizing stories often left unheard and offering others the chance to read, reflect, and relate.
